This session focuses primarily on a specific area that needs detailed attention. Also great for a beginner and/or lunch break session!

60 Min Session

This session is a full body session unless otherwise specified. Focusing on specific areas as needed.

90 Min Session

This session is a more in depth session! Focusing more time on the areas requested and using different modalities to cater to your needs.
